Maddie’s Mind – All Things Health
Welcome to my first blog post. This blog is a glimpse into my mind – all things health related. Don’t be fooled though, I was not always healthy. I used to eat Big Macs like it was my job, drink like a fish, and stay up way too late. This was my previous lifestyle, and honestly I saw nothing wrong with it. One day I decided to want change my lifestyle to one that prioritized myself and my health. This did not happen over night, in fact it’s taken a couple years, and I am still not perfect. However, I have found I am so much happier, less stressed, and of course healthier, with my new healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, I do this all for ME.
